General Information

SeaChange Educational Services offerings are conducted at the customer site and at SeaChange headquarters. Please call SeaChange Educational Services at 978-889-3311, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m to schedule courses.

Classes can be delivered at your location or if you have several people to train and classroom space is a problem SeaChange can schedule courses specifically for you at our headquarters. Call for more information about scheduling and tuition.

Registration Information
Classes are typically scheduled two to three months in advance and filled on a first come, first served basis. If a class is full, your name can be added to a priority wait list. Please call 978-889-3311, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for additional class dates or courses not listed on the schedule.

Class Hours
Class times are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please arrive by 8:45 a.m. on the first day, the instructor will meet you in the lobby.

Payment
Payment is requested upon registration. Check, Purchase Order, or Corporate Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) are accepted. Full payment is due PRIOR to the start of class.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact our office 5 business days prior to your scheduled class. A late cancellation fee of 100% of tuition will be charged if cancelled less than five (5) days.
